Welcome to Gegmo! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any refurbished iPhones from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms mentioned below.

 


 

1. About Our Suppliers and Product Verification

Before dispatching any product, we conduct rigorous quality checks using verified tools and authentic diagnostic software. Each device is certified, tested, and guaranteed to meet our standards of functionality, aesthetics, and performance.

 


 

2. In Case You Receive a Damaged Product

We understand that issues may arise, and we aim to resolve them fairly and efficiently.

2.1 Proof of Damage Required

To be eligible for a return or replacement for a damaged product, customers must:

  • Record a full unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package, the process of opening it, and the condition of the phone.

  • Submit the video within 24 hours of delivery to our support team via email or WhatsApp.

Claims without a valid unboxing video or made after 24 hours will be automatically rejected to maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims.

 


 

3. Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month standard warranty, with an option to extend it by another 6 months (paid) under the terms below.

3.1 Warranty Coverage

  • Not applicable in theft cases.

  • Applicable if the product arrives damaged or becomes non-functional within the warranty period, provided valid proof (unboxing video, diagnostic test, etc.) is submitted.

  • “At the time of receiving the product, if the battery is defective—for example, if the charge drops unusually fast or behaves like a faulty battery—we will replace it.”

  • Should any component require replacement, we ensure that only genuine, original spare parts will be provided.

3.2 Non-Eligibility Conditions

  • Warranty is void if the phone is water-damaged.

  • User-induced damages like drops, cracks, or pressure damage are not covered.

  • Any unauthorized repair, part replacement, or software modification voids the warranty immediately.

 


 

4. How to Claim Your Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact our support team with a clear complaint and relevant proof (e.g., battery health screenshot, diagnostic report, or video).

  • Our team will review your claim and verify it against the original diagnostic report.

  • If verified, a warranty ticket will be issued and a resolution will be provided within 7–10 working days.

 


 

5. Anti-Fraud Measures – Fair Use Policy

We enforce strict anti-fraud policies to protect our services.

5.1 Pre-dispatch Health Report

  • Each phone undergoes a comprehensive health check using certified diagnostic software.

  • A detailed report with component statuses (screen, battery, camera, etc.) is included in your product box.

5.2 Unique Identification of Parts

  • Each core spare part (motherboard, screen, battery, etc.) is tagged with a unique serial number or QR code.

  • This ensures traceability and prevents third-party tampering or fraudulent part swaps.

5.3 Warranty Matching Procedure

  • During any claim, the returned phone's parts must match the original codes issued at dispatch.

  • Any mismatched or tampered part will result in automatic rejection of the warranty claim.

No exceptions will be made under any circumstances if part codes do not match.

 


 

6. Extended Warranty Option

  • Customers can opt for an additional 6-month extended warranty.

  • This must be purchased within 30 days after the initial 6-month warranty period expires.

  • Once the 30-day window passes, no extension can be availed.

 


 

7. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

7.1 Battery Life

  • General battery degradation over time is not covered.

7.2 User-Induced Damage

  • Cracks, dents, scratches, or internal damage due to mishandling or accidents will void the warranty.

7.3 Unauthorized Modifications

  • Any unauthorized repair, replacement, software jailbreak, rooting, or internal tampering results in immediate voiding of the warranty.

7.4 Water Damage

  • No warranty coverage will be provided for water or liquid damage, even if accidental.

 


 

8. What’s Inside the Box

Every package includes:

  • A certified refurbished iPhone

  • A charging cable

  • A diagnostic health check report with unique spare part codes

 


 

9. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 working days.

  • Delays (if any) due to logistics, natural calamities, or unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

 


 

10. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or non-functional products with valid unboxing proof (see Section 2).

  • If the customer has received a damaged product from our end.

  • Minor cosmetic blemishes - we’ll receive the specific part.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for preferences like color, model change.

  • Return shipping must be borne by the customer, except in cases of verified product defects.

 


 

11. Additional Clauses to Prevent Misuse

  • Multiple warranty claims within the same period will be investigated for misuse.

  • Products found to be opened, modified, or tampered with will result in the blacklisting of the customer from future purchases.

  • We reserve the right to update our terms at any time. All customers are advised to read the latest Terms & Conditions before making any purchases.
